Why Use a Consultant?

Why Use a Consultant?

Project Description
Insurance is a complicated subject. The actual contracts can run to many pages and even the best untrained eye may miss or fail to understand a key exclusion or policy condition. This may prove costly in the event of a claim. You would not enter into a legal contract without first seeking a professional opinion. The same rationale should apply to complex Insurance Contracts. You need a professional, well-trained and experienced insurance person to look at the contract from your side. They should only be answerable to you and look after your interests 100%. They should not be employed by the Insurance Company or controlled by them. Consultants are completely free to advise their clients without any “behind the scenes concern”. They owe a duty only to their Customer. You need someone on your side to protect and explain important conditions and issues clearly to you. You should not wait for any claim until you understand what is covered or what is not covered.
